Just as promised, I heard from them within a reasonable time frame and assured my order was under way. A lady called Susi offered excellent customer service and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would love to review the Map I ordered which was shipped out on 7/6 but it is currently 7/29 and I have yet to receive the order. Since then I’ve had no update on the service, or confirmation that it is on its way. I got a USPS tracking number 2 weeks ago but it still says “Package Acceptance Pending”.
