How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Liberty Dental Plan?
There is conflicting information. The upper level management are all so down to Earth, you feel comfortable talking to them. Employees do not have to wear masks and I personally know 2 employees at the Irvine call center who had tested positive twice so not have symptoms and not going to tell anyone so they can continue to work. Family oriented work place, positive energy and a place to grow professionally.
I have been working at LIBERTY Dental Plan full-time for more than a year, directors and VPs are absolutely horrible, I worked at LIBERTY Dental Plan full-time for less than a year. Too cold in the office, the schedule would fluctuate to often. nothing to say at this time I haven't worked for the company in over 3 years the policy and jobs values could have changed so therefore i have nothing more to say, Very poor management.
Run for the hills dont water your time unless you plan on kissing butt all the way to the top. I shared multiple strategic plans and never once has it been considered even when others have encouraged me to share with management because they strongly believe they are great ideas.
