Stairs will vary in height, width, gradient and the number of stairs per aisle depending on where you are climbing. Are you ready to experience the ultimate stair climb? If there are minimal people on course and resources permit, consideration will be given by the Event Director to allow the participant(s) to continue in conjunction with either a Stadium Stomp volunteer or event staff member following them.
You are welcome to carry your own drink bottle around the course, however there will be water stations located throughout the course with two servicing the upper levels and two servicing the lower level including the finish line water station. Don’t worry. A limited number of stationary bikes will be available external to the marshalling area for you to warm up on and fitness trainers will conduct a fun, quick warm up routine for your wave before you stomp. Mainly because in most places it is free to do and it is hugely beneficial for your health.
All the event day action (registration, bib collection, warm up and marshalling, etc.) Medallions will be awarded at the finish line to all participants that complete any of our course options. This is not a timed event. Collection will be available from Gate 2 at the below dates and times: Collecting for a friend is only possible with a copy of their signed participant waiver. We recommend arriving at least 40 minutes prior to your wave time so you have plenty of time to collect your event bib and any pre-purchased merchandise, drop off your bag at bag drop, warm up and enjoy the Wellness Expo.
