Well worth the visit and there are some souvenirs of Fraser Island and Hervey Bay available as well. A true holiday suburbia. Definitely worth the price of, very interesting displays of the by-gone era of hervey Bay with volunteers doing demonstrations and giving of their own history of the area. Construction began in 1913 and finished in 1917.
