The service can be a bit slow, but not because the servers are lagging--the kitchen is painstakingly careful to make each...dish terrific. There are a few regulations in place that we should mention. Service was slow, but pleasant. When we tried the Sol food for the first time, it was more of curious and expected full uncertainty. For appetizers we had the Plantano con Queso and Bolsillo Picante, for entrees we had the Cubano Roasted Pork sandwich, the Churrasco, Carne Asada Burrito and Camarones e Chorizo.

Husband had a rice and bean bowl with vegetables ($6), and I had The Impossible Burger, which I've been wanting to try, with hand-cut fries/aioli ($12). Peru? How about nice succulent Lechon, with black beans and rice, and plantains? We only take reservations for our dining room, the courtyard is first come first served.
They are a Pan-Latin/Caribbean place, and make the best Mojitos anywhere outside of Cuban restaurants in Florida. The pork and chicken dishes are great, very...tender, moisture and excellent texture. They do a good job of the Peruvian national dish, Lomo Saltado. I went here on back to back days and it will be my first stop if I return to Everett. we ordered was delicious. But my greater concern was seeing two of the male servers petting customer dogs while on the job. This is a place to come back to! more, Latin, Cuban, Central American, Puerto Rican, Extended Stay America - Seattle - Bothell - West, Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood. Everything was wonderful and the portions were huge. It is an excellent choice with any meat dish and I absolutely loves it. We are so grateful to be open to serve our community. The restaurant was not busy, which was nice. We love to meet people who want to share their love of food at events, private parties and more. It was within walking distance from my hotel. If none of that works, how about a well made Burger? Amazing fresh delicious food with a great menu. Love their cuban sandwich, stuffed with lots of quality juicy pulled pork and pressed hard. Very comfortable place with outside dinning. The building is an old brick number with a high ceiling--no strip mall fixin's here.
