This will replace the current featured review for targeted profile. I worked at Bridge2 Solutions full-time for more than a year, Cool technologies Team Members. The company works hard to be innovators in their industry. The unrealistic expectation from its clients, work nights weekends, Sometimes they just announce "by the way you are working this weekend" without any advance warning.
They tend to try to solve problems with an obscure solution when it should have been solved at design/development time. There are some very unprofessional individuals at this company

It was a great opportunity to learn new parts of the business and take on new roles.
But not lot of opportunities for growth. Lots of opportunities available, get to work big name companies, work on cutting edge technologies. New management additions working to help elevate the company and foster team atmosphere. They recognise talent and hard work, but don't utilize them to make the company better.
Though this company has a work from home policy don't expect it to be honored when there are tight deadlines, also sometimes weekend work is required (depends on manager). Inadequate automated testing They took a lot of time and care with this program, and were very interested in feedback. I would have liked to work more with the other interns.
