Especially since its "custom made" and there is no cancellation after two hours of placing order. Placed one order on 11-29-19, they told me my credit card was declined. Not only it's not even shipped yet but it's still in production. Website works well, I ordered 3 college sweatshirts and cane in about two weeks.

I ordered an item that never arrived for Xmas-or at all. I dont recommend this company and I am going to file a complaint with my bank or other necessary authorities to get my money back. I have spent a ton of $$$ with this company and it will be my last dollar I spend with them.
